I just got some medium sized 62% boveda packets and I stuck them in my quart size mason jars and its only raised the humidity from 55 to 57 in a day. Do these take a long time to get regulated or something?

The buds are absorbing the extra humidity in the jars, once the buds are at 62% you will see the air inside the jar equalize. Keep in mind, if your boveda packs run out of liquid you can always place them in a high humidity area and they will absorb the humidity from their and you can continue using them.

Duh I guess that makes sense. Thanks for the input. I kinda dried my berry ryder a lil long. It was in bags for a week.

Np bro, glad to help. They will fluff back up with those packs. I use em in every jar. Look on amazon and you can buy them in bulk pretty cheap if you haven't found them already.
