Indoor Branch broke off! Help!

Hey guys, my girlfriend accidentally snapped off one of the lower branches while she was watering for me today! It was pretty bad, almost completely severed. The leaves were already wilting when I splinted it back up. Not sure if I should just cut it off? I also posted this on my grow journal, but I need help now! What do I do?

I split a main trunk of the same photosensitive twice. I bound it up with electrical wire. The plant (and affected branch) recovered and continued growing nicely. I wrapped electrical wire around the split and twisted it so it bound tight. But, in the end the plant hermied. I assume from the stress of two injuries like that.

So, keep an eye out for male balls even if you see pistils.

Thanks guys): if you look at this picture you can see how badly the branch wilted right after it happened. This morning, they're still wilted like that. The leaves are literally upside down. Is this branch just going to die? Or should I wait longer and see if they'll look up again? Here's a better picture of the break too:

I've had worse. It'll wilt for a while, but it'll pick back up as long as you've got it put back solid.
Just leave it, and let it do what it's going to do. 50/50

Yup, you would be surprised how resilient plants can be. If it was not too long before you did the repair, I think its worth waiting to see if it recovers. You could give it a light misting with a spay bottle. Can't hurt.
However, if it does not recover, then you look like you still have a very healthy plant that should go on to give you a good crop.

Just a thought that popped into my head.
You gotta think, some people graft branches from one plant onto another.
I think I remember seeing like a 4 strain cannabis plant.
