Brown 2nd set of leaves???

Auto Mazar, just under 1 week old and on the second set of leaves they are a slight brown/purple colour.
is this normal?
Growing under a 250w CFL in soil
no nutes added yet
soils not over watered, only damp

could it be that the colds got to it as its in a loft

help would be appreciated!!!!!

Could be. What the temps, max and minimum? How does the stem look like? Post some pics dude

What are the temps at night? You dont want it to get below 60 or so as it can have some issues at lower temps. What soil are you using?

temp shouldn't be dropping below 60 its kept at a 66 degrees for now . ill post pics asap

I think im over worrying, i did say earlier that it was the 2nd set of leaves, its the third.
ive grown this before and never seen this, in the pic it looks purple but its definitely brown!

Welcome to AFM Connerboy,

At 66 degrees, you shouldn't have a cold issue, but it will be slow growing, but if your daytime temps are up, then you are okay I would say. Over watering shouldn't be an issue (initially anyway) if you have browning. It could be a tiny phosphorus issue, but if you have a nice size pic that would be a help. How close do you have your light?

Looks purple to me. Just let it grow, I have seen that several times.
