Hello! New grower here, and I had previously promised to create a Journal as soon as I received my seeds, but that got put on hold. Anyways, here's my order from Attitude...

Of the seeds I have, I plan to do…3 Bubblicious, 1 Widow, 1 Blueberry, and 1 Cheese by various breeders. The reason I decided to do so many is because I am new and assumed I would kill a couple eventually. This however wasn’t a very well thought out plan because now if I don’t kill any, I won’t be in compliance and will have to relocate a couple plats. Not a big deal but a bit of an inconvenience.
Day 1
So, I decided to go the paper towel route, placed them in sandwich containers and went about my business…
Day 2
came back around 24hrs later to an open balcony door, and my room around 52 degrees. Closed the door, let my room heat back up, still wouldn’t go above 65 so at around 40hrs I cranked the heat to 85…
Day 3
Cheese popped and is roughly half an inch long, tail end is white as snow but right near the seed it is brown. 2 bubblicious popped about a centimeter and the Blueberry is about 3 cm. 4 out of 6 down, still waiting on one Bubblicious, and the Widow.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to start the grow in a different area which meant decreasing the size of my pots. Literally couldn’t find the right size anywhere, but while developing film at Walmart noticed Halloween pales at 50% off $1.00.

Ha! Cheap and stylish! The only problem being the pales didn’t have any drainage holes. No big deal right? Well, if the battery in my drill wasn’t dead and I hadn’t just recently thrown away my wood burner it wouldn’t have been. But oh no, I sat there for 2 hours heating a giant nail over a candle and melting every hole one by one.
Day 4
Filled and moistened the soil in each container, got distracted and didn’t pot.
Day 5
Potted all seeds around 11pm. And the waiting begins!
Day 6
This is going to be a timeline of sorts because I find the speed at which things went down FACINATING!
Yay! Widow is finally lookin good!

But unfortunately, I forgot to shut off my lights and left them on, seedlings have stretched far beyond what Im used to seeing at this stage. Could the lighting be a problem, should I leave them off for an extended period because I left them on for almost 72 hours? Or just restart the 18/6 cycle now?
Also, if my pots right now are 5 quarts, when should I transplant?

8am- Running late for class, checked the pots and noticed that my Cheese was halfway out of the soil.
2:30pm- Back from classes and the Cheese is fully out of the soil.

4pm- Noticed the Blueberry poking its head out…
8pm- Looked in on the buggers before going to the store, Cheese opened up, has 4 leaves. All others stayed the same…

8:45pm- Came back from the store and Bub #1 not only peaked through the soil, but looks to be as mature as the Cheese.
11pm- Cheese is still going strong, as is Bub1. Widow and Blueberry have now made their entrance as well.
1am- Cheese still twisting and turning, but doing good none the less! As is Bub1. Bub 2 has also breached, and both Widow and Blue are on track. Only, Widow seems to be a bit dull in color and not opening up like the others. Heres a comparison of the Widow to the rest of the sprouts. Widow is clearly not doing as well but I guess it'll take some time...

3am- Cheese just keeps going and going! All seeds have broken through the soil and all but the Widow look healthy, and green in color.
