bud rot has been bad this year

i usually just cut whole plant---this time I just removed2 lower limbs with bud rot to see how it goes.

Yeah...its the worst I have seen...so early in the year....well for around here anyway.....had to take down one today...good thing is ,she only had 10 days to go... so the rest of her is drying.....dammm shame ,the last 10 days woulda been nice.
