Indoor Bud rot survivors needed!

On my last grow I reversed a kannabia hobbit with CS and that "male" got bud rot. The female hobbit I pollinated shortly after did not get bud rot. Is there a chance that the bud rot was caused by the plant sitting with dead pollen sacks and not genetic intolerance to humidity?
I will be growing DP Blue automazar next and am hoping it's not vulnerable to bud rot/ mold.
