Bud tips looking funny

Ok so set up all correct what about light distance from buds ? Hmm yeh i had slight prob changing nutes too not best idea hey lol

Also my merchant claims carbo load is very strong so always only 1 ml

1 n half foot away 250 hps don't have no more room :/ it has been an issue just on the top part really tbh and I know mixing different lines I don't think I'm ready for that shit yet lol I think I'm gonna use flora grow micro bloom next time instead of trying to follow Lucas formula
As soon as I added carboload I got low PH runoff tbh

Hmm ok thats fine atm prehaps think of gettin a bigger tent or topping next time, you got intake and out take right ?

Lucas formula so youve been pureifing water ?

Yeh its strong, since your this far through just feed plain water and dont over feed

Yeah I got passive intake and 5inch rhino out
Nah I used tap water with it and cool il just run water now as I've been still feeding nutes but I am in coco aswell

Ok kushty, but you donut in order for lucas formula to work it has to be osmosised, ancient rome created it i think oooooooo lol

Well I kinda followed H3ads method as he does it in coco with tap water but there in the states and I'm in UK so there may be some factors I have missed rather start with basic line up I think maybe all AN or GH next grow
They are coco friendly yes
My calmag is no good too its from canna
But it raises the PPM to high with just a little!

Those leaves look just like mine did when I LED burned them. Yellow and crispy with grey spots starting not at the very top of the plant but a few leaves down, the ones that catch the most light show the signs first.

Right either way in order to lucas formula you have to osmosis the water, if h3ad jumps in front of a bus will you ? Lol

Go A.N sensi then no need for cal mag just plain foiler feed

Hmm could also be light burn but the leds dont give off heat so i rulled that out but hey when i look at my led through a camera close to it gives off crazy waves like when recording a vid off old tv or pc screen lol

So that being said im moving my ufo right, prakasa claims led lighting should be around 30cm above canopy, doh thats only where bud forms from my ufo light to 30cm away lol thankfully changing soon so yeh make sure to tick that problem off

Did you know leafs can get burnt from bad stagnant air or to much wind directed at them ?

Pretty much a noob myself, but it's taken me 8 plants to realise, too much nutes are far worse than too few, especially where quality is concerned.

That hay smell that nobody wants always seems more prevalent in plants I've fed heavily, and while the pros may disagree, it makes sense to me.

Darker leaves and buds surely means more chlorophyll, which in turn means at harvest time, it's got to get rid of all that while drying and also means your flush will take longer.

Like everyone who's new, I fired in as many nutes as possible in veg and bloom thinking; 'as long as it not killing the plant, it must be making it bigger?' But I couldn't be more wrong.

In future I'm going to let the plant tell me how much food it wants and try to keep the leaves and bud as pale/lime green as possible.

It's so important as the plant will lock out if it's fed too much, and it's a nightmare trying to get that pungent high grade stinky product , if it's full of nutrients and all dark and nasty.

So less nutes and a long flush and you should be golden bro.

Disclaimer: the above is my noob opinion and only reflects my experience of growing great looking bud, but which doesn't really smell and tastes shitty or of nothing at all.

Couldnt agree with that more, A.N claim 3 to 4 fingered leafed plants get max of 2ml per litre im feeding 1.5 ml per litre for a 5 fingered leaf, i do this not only to keep nute burn down but they are fan leafs, i count the branches leafs, baby looks more healthy than previous plants even though stressed through topping, think shes a week behind schedule, got preflowers popping out showing shes a lady

If you look for TaNgs advanced feeding schedule on here you can't go wrong, but obviously it needs a little modification for different sized plants.

My main problem is I've been so greedy for yield I've forgotten that quality is the most important factor.

No point getting 4 oz a plant if it tastes, smells and smokes like dog shit.

A good long flush is necessary too. I can't believe some people don't mind smoking Unflushed green, it gives me a headache and always tastes like low grade schwag
