Forgot to add these pics are from two days ago when it was insanely sticky should I cut her down?

You have a big worm on that first pic, better get rid of it and check your plants .

yeah I found three of them on my plant a few days ago, They spent a few days outside I guess they picked up the worms out there. any opinions on should I chp[ her?

..depends on if it's actual bud worm, which will literally eat the buds, or a another type of caterpillar, which will chew the leaves only,... best thing is to poke deep into suspect buds, and look for silky strands, and especially little turd grains-- that's bud worm! Fine tweezers can snatch them out,.... If it's just leaf damage, pick them off by careful inspection,... might be wise to break the buds down into relatively smaller nugs, instead of leaving whole branches, large colas intact IF it's bud worm.. this will allow you to check thoroughly, and clean up some,... as the bud dries, they'll lose interest in it, but they'll still have a couple days of moist bud to snack on before then,...

Thank you Guys!! Lesson Learned! I thought it was just a few worms from outside. I couldnt see any real damage to the buds.
Once I broke int the main cola I found the issue. They were budworms,, Only lost about 15% of my bud.
Looked like bud rot but it was where they were munching. Explains why they were becoming dry and less frosty.
