New Grower buds help

Some of my buds had little mold on the u can see by the pic can anyone help me save these please.

I would highly recommend that you not smoke the moldy buds. If you introduce the mold spores to your lungs you are increasing the possibility of respiratory problems. If someone with a compromised immune system were to smoke them, they could have serious health issues as a result.

IMO about the only thing you can do with moldy buds is to do a water cure on it an then use it to make edibles. Submerge it in water for a week, changing the water daily. After the week, strain it and put in into a crock pot wet, cover with oil of your choice and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Then filter it through a fine material like a bubble bag or some silk screen. Use the oil to make your edibles.

I was told to put in in warm loop water for 10 mins to wash them out and then put the in a dark cool place for them to dry wont that work?.

I doubt that will get rid of all the mold sores. I certainly wouldn't smoke it.

ive looked through it all and cant see any mold inside the bud just alittle around the edges?

Here is a better picture since I have washed them and let them starting to dry.

I'm not even sure if it was mold or not.

This I what I had read.

as i oopsed and molded some bud i was curing.i just got rid of the mold with an old 1970's trick.it dawned on me others may not know this method ,so here ya go.once the weed is dried ,soak it in luke warm water for 10 minutes.then remove gently squeeze the bulk water ,out and then place on a doubled up paper towel and let dry in a cool dark dry place.this usually takes only 12 to 15 or so hours to redry.its much faster drying than fresh picked weed.it will have no loss of potentcy,but the water soluable tar will come out.thc is fat,alcohol, either ect soluable but not water soluable.the weed will dry out darker green,where green,and other colors may or may not darken.the weed will have no mold or mold smell anymore.it will smoke smoother and more pleasently ,but the smell will not be quite as strong as befor water curing.but you'll now have ruined weed redeemed and safe/pleasent to smoke. happy trails to all !]

I still wouldn't smoke it but it's your bud and your body. That certainly looks like mold to me and if it's on the outside, there is at least some inside as well. I seriously doubt a 10 minute soak will get rid of it all.

Hi, markob had a similar problem myself with mold, would do the water curing method as suggested by muddy, he really knows his stuff. Did the water curing myself , and then toked it, bad move no doubt but its my preferred method, no smell no taste, read on zambeza site smoking it would be ok after water curing ?? But don't smoke that shit mold.

Im so lucky i used to smoke mouldy stuff all the time back when i didn't know it was so bad for the health.Thank god i didn't end up sick through doing that id never do it again.
