I googled and it make it sound as of they don't harm the plant.... What I have seems to tho....

... from what I read, they aren't a threat to the seedlings,... so you have something else likely,.. do you vermins look like a maggot? Fungus gnat larvae do, and they eat roots, but not above surface plant material,...

From what I was reading it sounds like they will eat seedlings and clones with out roots.? But I don't know. I don't have fungus Nat's.... And they have been around for a month. Time to get new soil.

Or as already mentioned fungus knat larvae
