Little bastards are pricey! The Hanna pH pen was about $45 but sold out atm, horticulture something was about $90 and the Bluelab was about $112. Probably just gonna stick with the FloraNova for now...but damn she was really loving the new nutes! Already had to give her water this morning! That was as fast as she's ever went through it too.

lim is a good way to balance soil pH but it does take some weeks to break down and start working so i would add it in the substrate when you pot up:pass:
I'll possibly be trying coco next time or the guy at the hydro shop said he'd hook me up with a good deal on one of these...

Still trying to figure out what I wanna play in next lol. But thanks @tripaholic88 and @buzzyman32!!! Our tap water is high as fk pH wise. Like 8.5ish. Do you just follow the mixing directions on the package or does it need to be cut back from your experience?

I like these Oakton pH testers they last about a year. Which is fine with me cuz you know you replace your probes on the more expensive ones every year anyway.

Thank you very much @jingo! I'll go check it out. I'd love to have those fancy ones you just drop in and it reads at the wall lol. But that's a little uh overkill right now lol. The misses would probably be a "little" upset lol, I bet they're a bit pricey!
But good looking out dude, thank ya!

i cheaped out and got a lil yellow ph pen on ebay £6 but i did spend £25 on various solutions for the pen.may need testing and calibrated more often than an expensive pen,but 3 years on its still working.
but if testing every watering or if not growing in soil, then a better pen may be better value in the long run.
good luck.
