Thinking of adding a sandwich bag or something over it and making a little makeshift humidity dome. Might be pointless? Feel free to tell me it's a waste of time for "x" reason lol. Just a random idea...

For me personally, once they move past the first node, I don't use anything for humidity. I'm here! Thanks for the invite!

For anxiety, I believe you need a balanced CBD/THC medicine. I think making your own may be better than trying the 1:1 CBD-THC strains as odd as it seems, most CBD rich plants are Sativa derivatives! Get a High CBD strain with something like 10:1 then blend the oil 50/50 with a strong Indica strain I'm willing to bet you'll get the best of results for several health issues all in one package.

You may also want to consider a room temperature extract. A Magical Butter machine would produce the best possible extract of this type because of its intense, mechanical stirring. I've discovered the quality of my meds improved markedly with the use of this machine. I don't make this reccomendation lightly. I too viewed this device as a bit pricey luxury. It is not. It is a vital tool in making top shelf medicines and kick myself for not buying it sooner! If you have one, great, if not get one, the scope of what you can make easily will expand greatly. It will also help in gauging accurate dosing by making consistent oils, etc.

I'm going to start working, seriously, with CBD. I've already been making capsules, but using mixed trim from various strains. I want to:

- make capsules from strictly high CBD plants and see if it makes any difference (I'm currently taking capsules around every 8 hours, and it's keeping my diabetes completely under control with 0 chemical meds, but not taking care of my anxiety),

- try toking high CBD strains when anxiety starts creeping up.

I want to find out which form of ingestion has the best results to stop anxiety on its tracks, like I know that toking doesn't do crap for diabetes, while the capsules do.

After the horrors I went through discontinuing antidepressant Pristiq, symptoms completely alleviated by the capsules, I want to stay away from that type of stuff.

Also curious about minor aches, etc. You see, I started the capsules because of the horrific symptoms I was dealing with, then the diabetes was a bonus. Someone said they were going to try toking for diabetes and since I hadn't had any meds that day, I decided to test myself around the times I took the capsules. The results were increible! I tested myself about 7 times a day, for 2 days. And I found that my sugar levels stayed good for about 11 hours, then started to creep back up. At 12 hours, with the next capsules, started to go back down, which is why I now take 3 a day so it never wears off. I also noticed that it doesn't go too low, which is great.

Then a friend who's using the capsules as a sleep aid (after having awful events on Lunesta, which I'm happy to donate her pills when I make them so she is no longer taking sleepwalking Lunesta), and she told me it's also helping with aches and pains around her body.

I then discontinued the capsules for about 10 days and found out that. My sugar levels got higher, even though I was taking my prescribed diabetes meds, and my body was achy (Pristiq, besides working for depression is also used in the treatment of chronic pain, so after discontinuing it, I started with a little discomfort here, strong elbow pains, etc.

Got back on the capsules and everything improved, but right now, my anxiety has become a problem. I take Xanax, but I don't want to be too doped that I can't do things (living with elderly mom means ALL is on me, and me alone), I don't have the luxury of just laying around.

So, now I'm full blown focused on what CBD can do for my anxiety. If canna can take care of this as well, I'll be able to discontinue the Xanax a and be 100% pharmacy chemical drugs free! [emoji121] [emoji16] [emoji108] [emoji106]
