Hi everyone,
Have just started my new grow, a bit more info can be found in my journal linked below. The past few grows i have done have always had the signs of a Cal or Mag deficincy at some point in early flowering, in the past i have used a regular soil and chemical nute during veg and then at the start of flowering switched to Bio Bloom only for the rest of the flowering stage.
This time round have got Bio Bizz Light Mix for the soil and the Bio Grow and Bio Bloom as nutes, which i will be feeding the Grow for veg and then the recommended mix of Grow and Bloom for the rest of the flowering period. But have been reading that even with the Grow and Bloom many people still get problems with Cal and Mag as the Bio Bizz nutes are low in these elements.
My local growshop is only a small place and carrys a limited line of products, i have been looking for something just incase i get any signs of a deficincy in this grow and want to get prepared in advance. I have come across a Spanish branded product called Urtifer Harina De Ortiga, which translates to Nettle Flour/Powder which looks to provide a good boost of micro nutes, have quoted below the translated product details.
Now i am also going to be using Neem Oil as a preventative for any bugs that i have already purchased, so the mains questions really are....
Would it be safe to use this in a foliar feed while using the Neem?
Do you think this would be useful for the deficencys?
If not safe to foliar feed, would it be ok to feed in the water while using the Bio Bizz nutes?
Better to use this instead of Neem for a preventative?
