New Grower Calbration of a new ph meter

So i get my ph meter and it tells me to use tap water , and to switch on meter and check the ph,this is where im confused it also says tap water should be @6.9 ....so take the small screwdriver it came with and adjust the reading till its 6.9......surely tap water varies in ph all over britain ,im in scotland where our water is very very pure......confused ??

Where the heck did you get it from? Even my cheap chinese ones i bought from amazon came with a couple little packs of solution and instructions
Cheers found the 2 sachets that came with it ....dooohh....only minor adjustment necessary......i was too wrapped up in fitting cooltube and fan yesterday....so like a typical guy didnt read it through properly .....
