Also, if you don't know your temps I'm sure you don't know your relative humidity. Seedlings take in most of their water through the leaves, which are currently dry. Cut some 1ltr bottles in half and put the bottom half over the seedlings. Poke a couple small holes on the sides towards the top for fresh air to drop in. That will keep most of the humidity in there with the plant and on the leaves. Do this for a week and you should see a difference, combined with fixing the light and temp issues. After the seedlings recover you'll want that fan blowing on them again to strengthen the stems, they look a bit thin to me, another reason they can't uptake water fast enough yet.
