New Grower Can I Speed Up My Flowering?

Hey guys :GoooAuto:

I'm coming onto week 8 with my nirvana northern light autos. I've been giving them 2 tsps per gallon of tiger bloom but i'm still not really seeing any "buds".

Is there anyway I can get them to flower sooner/faster? I'm kind of in a bit of a sticky situation and time is money. :thumbs:

Week 8 you really should have them at this stage... What's your set up and light schedule ?

ha that's what i was thinking. I've got 252 Watts of CFLs and lights are on 20/4.

Increasing the hours of darkness will make autos finish sooner but will hurt your yield.

At this point, I'm getting kind of desperate. What would you suggest as a good light schedule to speed it up a bit? 18/6? Maybe 16/8?

Put em in the dark a few days?

I do this with sativas cause they take forever to start flowering hard.....

I kept mine in the dark for 24 hours and then they flowered after that also.

This might not help you orangecow but maybe others, ive noticed im ahead schedual about 2 weeks for my original amnesia sativa strain because i gave them too early bloom nutes pk13/14 at around day 14 (4 days before sex showed up) noobie error but i might gain 10 to 14 days but ill surley get less yield cuz of this, but will cost cheaper cuz im on 600w hps 20/4

this is a good way to speed them up, by swithching to bloom nutes .

I'm THIS close to putting them in the dark for a day or two, but i'm nervous as hell about the harm it could do to my plants.

Oh yeah, and i've been give them bloom nutes for about a week or two now. 2 tsps of tiger bloom! That's getting towards the heavy side, but they've just been gobbling that shit up. I don't see any signs of nute burn so it makes me want to just keep upping it, but mannnnn. :no:
