Grow Mediums Can i use Storage box as pot for autos?

hello guyz, i never found pots size that i exactly want for my gros space, but i found those storage box size is perfect for my space : 40x30x32cm or 15,7"x 11,8"x 12,5" or 30L
i would love to know if i drill some holeon the bottom box, its this box would be nice for growing auto or i have to stick with traditionnal pot?

That will do just fine I would just make sure it’s bpa free. You can use almost anything you can imagine, I’ve seen people just cut a hole in a bag of soil and let the plant grow just like that. Happy growing

ok sir! thank you very much! im really tempted to use it! some are made for food storage, so i think it might be bpa free!

what about higher pot? i mean can we use this kind of pot's size : 30x30x60cm deep/high 11,8"x11,8"x 23,6" high/depth
they are like 55 litre capacity / 14,5 gallons
it might be perfect for biiiig auto no?
i dont know if the deptht is a problem for marijuana growing, (i think of mold and drainage problem?)
size is pefect for my grow space
, and i have lot of height size

Food grade should be bpa free. Bear in mind ease of use. Taller, skinnier pots are more apt to tip over,especially when the plant starts putting on wright up top.

You can use most things as a pot long as there's drainage I grew in a welly myself also I've done solo cup s and pop bottles so as the other folks said just think about later down the line for it toppling over

ok, im gonna use thoses storage box definitly, drill them at the botom and put some wheels on it
im think about starting with blumat top feeding for the water (Tropf-Blumat )

i guess i have to put nice layer of perlite or rocks on the bottom of the box for drainage then use a supersoil and plant the seed in it with light mix on top !
hope they are gonna get the optimum space with 30L to get the better result i can

could just line bottom with landscape fabric and not waste space on rocks.

ok sir, ill follow your advises , put some landscape fabric on the bottom and will try to use this kind of stuff to get a bottom aeration
really apreciate your reactivity and advise, gonna be my first grow
