Hi,
If your original plant was auto feminized, and it fertilized itself, or if it was fertilized by another auto feminized plant, the seeds are likely auto feminized. If the fertilized plant was in a space with more than one strain, you may have hybrid seeds, but there will be no way to know unless you grow the seeds out and see what you get. In fact, you could even have both self fertilized seeds and hybrid seeds if more than one female produced pollen. If non-auto and/or non-feminized pollen might have done the job, there is no way to know whether you have auto or feminized seeds.
All this suggests to me that your choice of whether to grow the seeds boils down to how much uncertainty there is in the pollen donor, and how important that uncertainty is to you given the work invested in a grow. If you would be happy with the potential hybrid mix you might have, the odds are good that the seeds you have will produce a worthwhile end product. If only the one plant produced seeds, the odds are good that it self fertilized when you missed a couple boy parts, but not enough pollen to get to other plants. If both your plants produced seeds, either both self fertilized, or one managed to produce enough pollen to do both plants.
Another risk, aside from unwanted hybrids, is that the seeds may produce plants more susceptible to herming, but again, there is no way of knowing without growing the seeds out, and if you started with good genetics, it is more likely that stress brought on a small problem which will not be repeated unless the new plants are stressed.
If it was me, I would grow them out as long as you figure that no non-auto pollen could be involved and if you have at least reasonable interest in any potential hybrid mix. In fact, one of my 24 Carats produced a couple seeds, no doubt because of my noob mistakes which stressed the plants a tad, and I intend to grow them. Even if hybrid, the combo of 24 Carat and Cosmic Queen might be interesting, but since only one of the 24 Carats produced a few seeds, I suspect self fertilization from very few boy parts.
Good luck with our decision, and keep up posted on the results.
