Hey, I had a big problem with figuring out when to water. I over watered early on in my first grow, and a little in the beginning of my second. Best way from my experience, is to lift the pot up a little to get a feel for the weight when you wanter, and when its dry. It will feel significantly lighter. I usually use the finger method, and the lift method together. To better determine when its time to grow. Then after a little while. You can just simply lift, and know its time to water. I have not had a problem with over watering since. Just got to watch out for it getting bone dry.

so after 3 weeks of abuse(due to my noob stupidity)the girls haven't been looking great but I think they're finally starting to come round and look a lot healthier
still some recovery to go and one or two lower leaves are beyond repair!

Cheers dazed, they've been treated mean alright! Hope they havent been stunted too much. Staying very short and bushy barely an inch between internodes
I'm sure they are about to stretch mate, 1" between nodes is ok IMHO. Now is the time for them to kick in.
Now I wouldn't usually say this bc of my knack of being wrong but I'm convinced it's a watering issue. The leaves look nice and green but puffy. When you think it's time to water, give it another day or two.....if you dare lol. I used pots like yours for first few grows, I have one now with a smallish plant in and honestly haven't had to water it more than a few 100ml every 3-4 days, even my airpots don't need lot's and for me to get 10% run off would be overwatered in my situation. Not sure of your temps, humidity etc but where I live in the UK, it's winter and cold.

Thanks mate, yea i think your right and im still probably overwatering. Swinging between overwatering and underwatering. The higher leaves are puffy like you noticed and the first set cracked and broke when i last touched them so i watered again lol.
Only watered until runoff once to test it. Im prob averaging about 200-300ml a feed but ill give them another day or two between next time.
Im in the uk too mate growing in an out building so temps outside the tent are 4-5oC so im going 24h lighting to keep temps inside around 21-22 and humidity around 40. Cheers again dazed

Does look like a little over watering. Looks similar to my PFB. Except mine is hungry for nute, and a little over watered. Its because Im used to 1 gallon pots, and I got this one in a 3 gal.
Its all about dialing things in. Mistakes will be made along they way but, in the end. You will have some great smoke to make it all worth while.
Oh, and dont trip about the tight internodes. Ive grown this strain 2 times so far and, she stays short and dense. Like a shrub. Then will slowly start to show you she is stratch out. After that it progressively speeds up. I noticed it take a little longer for her to really stretch in comparison to the other strains Ive grown/watched on here so far. She might stay pretty short but, she will still yeild good for a small plant with dense rocks.
