Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome

I know lots of folks are on meds from the docs. What about drug interactions? I haven't seen any studies about THC and allopathic drug interactions.
A little on spirulina from my go to herbal resource, it's a long list
That's why I really don't understand some modern medicines that screw with your immune system!

I do take Black Walnut, Wormwood, Soursop, Pumkin Seed, Pau D'Arco, Garlic, and Oregano extracts and a few other herbal supplements daily. Parasites are crazy if you dive down that rabbit hole.
I went in today and did their stomach scope to appease the cash flow of our modern medicine. Oddly turned out just as expected nothing wrong with my stomach.
I have definitely strayed off topic of CHS in this thread being that's not what I have going on apparently a misdiagnosis which I had assumed from the start but had to play along with the system to continue to get help.
I believe my journey is going in a different direction with either anxiety/stress or spinal issues pinching nerves causing my issues. If its spinal issues which these crazy people have wanted to cut on my spine for years now, it could be an issue. They have already talked about a pain clinic with spinal injections and those suck! I'm not super cool of the idea of someone cutting on my spine at all either. I'm rooting for anxiety and a happy pill at this point...

I kina think it is one of those Catch All diagnosis...if everything else is ruled out...blame that because you are at the limit of our understanding...

It's kinda odd to say...a very personal opinion...I had a year of treatment in the best hand hospital in the UK.
I watched people come in with much worse.. gruesome hand injuries come in and get well and leave treatment...I didn't.
I was in agony. Nerve damage will never be cured by physio..it makes it worse.
They tried to sign me off after the 12 months...I told them I couldn't be left like that I wanted it amputated.
They said well transfer you to the pain management clinic....and I really didn't want to go because I didn't want to manage the pain..I wanted it to stop.
But...I got my diagnosis there...and that was really where my journey started.. because I had a diagnosis...I had something I could work on...take a bit of power back.
I'd never really heard of anything that could give you pain levels like it...I actually thought I was going mad...so getting the diagnosis where I could see other people were suffering the same was one of the biggest reliefs...it wasn't me...
I cried all the way home. Not crying like sobbing and heaving...just tears ran down my face that I couldn't stop..with sheer relief that someone told me what I had.
I couldn't explain that relief...came from my soul.
That is why I think going to the pain management clinic is probably a good idea for anyone suffering any form of relentless pain.
They can diagnose...and you need a diagnosis.

I have similar symptoms but they dont happen every time I smoke. Ive been dealing with it on and off for about 2 to 3 years now. Though I hardly ever vomit more than once ir twice in a day, and Ive never fainted before.
My wife (in US) had a pain management specialist on her treatment team when she had and eventually died from cancer. His job was to manage treatment of pain - make sure the patient got enough opiates/narcotics; managing the related addiction (never a problem since it's constantly fed); and ramping up dosage as pain and time increased. So it's possible that a pain specialist may just want to get you started on narcotics.
The pain specialist will use a much wider range of opiates/narcotics vs. other physicians (not allowed to prescribe the good stuff without hassle from DEA and his/her malpractice insurance provider). For ex., my wife tried different dosages of codeine, oxycontin, etc. and combinations, but finally settled on oral liquid morphine working best for her.
Perhaps see if the pain specialist will support you in trying different opiate products for use only as really needed, not frequent or dosages enough to develop addiction. That might get you some relief when pain gets really bad.

I like the pain clinics are a freaking joke! That's exactly what the pain clinic told me and wanted to do to me. The first one I went to the doc gave me an injection in my spine. Didn't really explain exactly what he was doing or what he was using. Evidently it wasn't something for long term pain relief, it was just a damn test to see if it would affect my pain.

All it did was numb that area. The one thing about spinal pain is it lets you know when you have gone too far in movement I didn't have that warning anymore ............................ At least until about 2:30 AM .
My spine let me know I was a dumbass and I had moved in forbidden ways.
I took a huge dose of the test RSO, dugout A big lob with my dabbing tool and put it directly underneath my tongue and chased it with three shots of Jack and a Shiner beer. The pain was so intense, I was sweating profusely.
It took three weeks before the pain calmed to reasonable MY normal levels, which is still quite a bit.
I ain't letting Them cut on me either
I really kind of think you have an immune response going on. The problem is what is causing that response...duh!
Have they run a toxicology report on you to see if you have any foreign chemicals, compounds or the sort?
Back when this disease was first reported, I started doing some reading as I was worried it might affect me due to the fact that I use a lot of cannabis. I found an article that claimed Neem Oil was the culprit. I googled "Neem Oil Poisoning" and found the symptoms and the Hot Shower for relief to be identical to the Cannabis-Hyperemesis syndrome. I have never used Neem Oil and never will. Store bought cannabis is polluted with it and the government regs allow it. That is the reason I grow my own.......I am responsible fer everything in it. The medical experts dispute this claim but I believe there is a connection........people tend to treat neem oil like calmag........they put that shit on everything just in case there is a problem thinking it is a miracle cure.
