Grow Room Carbon filters, budget options?

Looking for a new carbon filter, funds are very tight. I’ve been looking at the Rhino Hobby filters and also the Ram. Are these any good? Or is there something else out there?

Could make ur own from pond carbon filter pebbles, but there are lots of good cheap ones on the Zon also. Fan combos less than 60$
