New Grower CFL for seedling? What type? When to switch to bigger light?

Yeah, Stunted is truly infamous for drop kicking his canna just to keep it in line. It's sort of comedic really. But his plants produce, so what else matters?

Not positive that is exactly what it does no. But I know it's no good. Definitely bleach and stunt them in the LED is too close.

Here's my 2 cents bro ...i use an 100w Blackstar Ufo 6 band it also deliever 38par. ..so if u ha e a significant Par Number u want to hold some distance ...i use 10 during early beg cause its smaller ...the bigger the W or Par I think u should go higher it will bleach the leaves out any lower ...i tried alot but last run I did 10 and it was seriously alot better ...i held .95 inch ..hard to measure correctly but it was just shy of an INCH ..
Once they start flowering tho the growth is rapid so u could also be adjusting lights everyday ...keeping that in mind u will love the LED ..
If u buying FEM babies ...dont even worry of transplant ..toss em straight into forever home ..

From now on SWAMP doesn't even mess with soaking papertowel im tossing seeds straight into dirt ...if they good they will start regardless ...its cool to see them start but that's just way more disturbance opening a papertowel.

I'v done 2 grows 1 inch from top cola (don't have much place) and i can notice until it doesn't touch it it doesn't hurt it (FERO LED lights)

Yeah bro ...i kept it 10in ..the in forgot to add in ..at that height I head almost an In spacing ...at the end of each night I had to adjust...im about to crank it back on my singled out FEELGOOD FEM ....
I did it once and the baby was a Magical cheese male ..so it sucked ...but those little tuckers are growers too ...each night I gave it a 3 Inch lift...at week 3 it was 6 inches and moving like crazy ...then it gave me balls ....

How much Par u have Komach ....i think if it was alot during VEG and really close that's when u get em burnt up .....some LEDS DONT have the PAR ..
I think that's what makes them so finiky ...

LED I have has 3w diaods in total 250w and has some UV on it as well....
