I now have 4 seedlings starting to emerge from the compost. I want to veg indoors for a while the continue outside, as my days are long and hot, seedlings shrivel up outside. I have 1, 125 W blue spectrum CFL and 1, 125 W red spectrum CFL, but they are big bulbs. How many watts or Lumens and what combination of spectrum does any one suggest until my girls go out in the sun. How many days would you suggest I veg before putting then ouside?
