Grow Room Cheap LED's

I'd also take a look at there specs again mate,90w is pretty low,and like muddy says is this a true 90w or does it run at 60/70w? Also with there 140 degree beam the core penetration my not be as good as say with a 60/90 or 120 degree..Which is what alot of other companies use.maybe there 5w LEDs are a factor,a more direct light may bleach or be to strong hence the wider spread

I would love to try LEDs but they are wayyyy over priced. Hopefully they start getting cheaper in the future. It would be nice to see them at all the grow shops t a reasonable price. If they were honestly the same price as ballast, bulb, and hood setups, I think they would replace all hps and mh setups. Everyone would have them. but it seems like they are just trying to make a ridiculous amount of $$$ for their product

There are quite expensive mate, but take in to account the fact that you use less wattage, which means less on the electric bill, you also won't have to replace any bulbs or ballasts like with hps,These factors make led a good long term investment if your willing to buy one mate

Hey I am so glad to find this thread

I bought these lights for 102 bucks with shipping so I am quiet happy, get them next week, the guy has 1890 positive and 6 neutral reviews and 0 negative

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pioneer-300...3769970?pt=US_Hydroponics&hash=item19ec0282f2

This will be my first LED and as I am tight on cash for my 3x2x3 cabinet build that I plan on having two of those

I think I found a youtube video some were with a very similar light that draws 180W and suppose to be 300W

I hope this one does the same and works good, might get a second one

pretty much like mine. and it works great heres my 27 day old northern light blue under that led.

Ohh thanks so much for showing me !

I am glad to see that your were working at least !

Cant wait to get them and I can easily give the guy 5/5 stars for customer service, he is very honest and told me that those lights will do 4 small ones or 2 medium size plant and not give much medicine

were charming and nice guy, also DHL did not want to send to where I am so he fixed me a FedEx and still I am getting free shipping after winning it in an auction

so if the lights are also going to work out I will recommend him to everyone, even my mom

here is another guy I found very cheap airstones that I think I used before and were really good :D

http://www.ebay.com/itm/311024280878?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

just a tip to anyone living in a country where the airstones cost 40 dollar a piece in a pet store :D

No that light won't grow much of anything and UFO coverage is small so two plants is a no go
If u really want cheap check eBay for used blackstar 240 or find something on alibab but get minimum 3watt LEDs

My first grow was Dark Devil with a 135W UFO (45x3W - 90W actual draw) and I yielded 2.8 oz. off one plant.

But that's as low as I'd go - 135W UFO per plant - Amazon also has pretty good deals and a 180W UFO (110W actual - Full Spectrum) is like +/- $120

I use 1 180 watt and and a 135 led. Money spent less then $200. Can't tell you weight cause I don't keep weights. Tight ass buds and kick ass growth, cheap leds not so bad just do some research and you'll be golden.
