New Grower Cheap organic grow journal - starter kit

thanks boogieman. Another couple of pics with her looking slightly droopy... she has not been watered in 6 days, and still feels damp.

thanks str8bacon. I think the problem is probably a slight over watering side affect of me watering before I went away earlier this week. In theory she has not had a dry pot for 12 days (did say I am paranoid of it). I have turned the exhaust fan up slightly to dissipate more moisture, tomorrow I will also poke 3" holes using the blunt side of a fork into the soil to enable faster dissipation of water. I have also been watering to runoff which at that age was probably too soon, so will water lightly until she has a proper root base established. wish me luck

progress update. As stated in my previous post, I poked holes around the top of the soil of the SC, I also watered the SS with 1ml/l root juice, 1ml/l grow and 5ml/l molasses and gave a small amount to the SC (1/2 liter I think). Both have picked up significantly since then and no longer droop. The SS has shown its sex to be female - however I have never grown a Super Critical before and am not sure if it looks a bit odd. Have posted a pic, could someone let me know if it is female? It looks to have the female pistols, but the odd branch things growing out of a branch node and the top of the plant look decidedly iffy.

evening all. latest pics - 25 days old, the SC is the one at the back on the left. the SC was dry this morning, so fed her a 1 liter with 1ml root juice, 1 ml grow and .5ml Epsom salts this evening - also stuck half a liter in the SS. It is starting to smell really skunky in there. Am still not 100% convinced of her sex - posted another close up pic, but sorry this is the best the camera can do. Also put in the 250w CFL for no other reason than I think she can take it.

latest picture, she has grown considerably within the last few days, obviously loving the 250w light and the nutrients. Both were dry, so fed them 1ml/l root juice and 1ml/l grow. Am fairly certain she is female, but I have never seen a configuration like the top of the main branch... so not destroying the SS just yet.

She is still growing strong, huge growth rate at the minute. I also decided it was safe enough to bin the super skunk, so I am now officially growing only a super critical. She is 4 weeks old today.

She was bone dry this morning, so fed her 2l of water with 1ml/l root juice, 1 ml/l grow, 5ml/l molasses and .5ml/l epsom salts. I will probably start using the epsom salts more infrequently now and drop the root juice from the next feeding onwards.

I was hoping to see some bud sites start, but am not worried at this early stage, if she gets to six weeks old with none I might worry. Also was thinking about snipping a few of the higher up fan leaves as they are blocking sites which will turn into bud sites. I have some razor sharp herb clippers, do you guys snip all the way to the stem or leave an inch or so of the branch left on? going to give it a week before snip snip though.
