I have 2 RP going. One is darker green and bushy and flowers are looking normal. The other one is thinner, way lighter green, and check out the black staining around the flowers. Is that something that could happen just for the genetics?

Foreground is the darker greener one. Background is the lighter one with the black staining.

Great. That's what I wanted. Purple hash.

My two RP plants are so different looking at this point. Will probably keep them separated when curing and smoking too. If they end up being quite different.

I'm happy with them though. They took some stress and abuse for sure. But looking pretty decent now to me anyway.

That's just how she shows her color, amigo.
Red / purple / etc. can show on calyxes and / or leaves.
From the leaves, it often shows from the center new growth outward.

All lights were off and used camera flash. I need to improve my game with the pics.

The one girl that is light green and pronounced dark purple that had me worried is coming along nicely. Nice long stems that look like they will give some good kolas.

The sister is so much different. No purple. Much bushier. Stronger and thicker and stiffer stems. Wider with more stems. She is the one in the foreground. First one is in the background. Very different plants.

And another difference is an issue I see on the leaves on the second plant that I don't see on the first plant. This is a reasonable close up. What does this look like?

Yes, its getting good calmag. I think its related to a period when I had fungus gnats. It would be because of that. The bugs have been gone for over 2 weeks now but could have had a permanent effect. Also could be PH related. The coco in that pot is quite high PH and I am trying to bring it down. I have seen it as high as 6.8.

Now day 50. I did some hand watering on both of them instead of autopot bottom feeding. They both seemed to respond well to that.

The two Red Poison sisters side by side. They are totally opposite looking. The one of the left has lots of bush and small leaves and the right was just big fan leaves and nice sugar leaves on the kola. I'm not up to speed on genos and phenos yes so I'm just thinking this is pretty normal and I'm just enjoying the ride. I think both will turn out some good smoke.

This is a kola off the left one.

And the right one! Its like a black tower from lord of the rings.
