Just went to the Attitude to check thier policies. this is what I found -

The Attitude� ships worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and by ordering, you are confirming that you are ok to do so.
This statement is effectively a disclaimer - if you order seed in country where they are illegal & you send them an Email say you aint had them, You won't get a reply because it could be used as evidence of them sending contraband to a country which has outlawed thier product/goods.
The same can be said of people who complain thier seeds didn't germinate - here in the UK it is not illeagal to posess cannabis seeds but is illeagal to grow them. So if I ordered seeds and used a signed for delivery and they didn't arrive i could complain and expect a new delivery to be sent. However if the seeds did turn up and they didn't germinate I'd be screwed, they wouldn't answer an Email because they would then be party to my unlawful activities, which would make them "an acessory after the fact".
Unfortunately this is how seed companies operate, in one way it is a piss take but in another they have to make sure they don't get closed down by admitting breaking law in the country they sell from and in countries where it is illegal to posess them.
No seed company wants to be the next Marc Emery and have the USA trying to extradite them.
A very sad state of affairs but thats the world we live in.

Muddy sent Attitude a Courtesy mail telling them we were spotting a few Chicago customs problem popping up on site.
They didn't even bother acknowledging his mail..
Yeah over on Icmag it is noted that Chicago is known for taking more seeds then anywhere else.

was just about to post the same thing about having stuff sent to the east coast than forwarded.... I was going to jump on the attitudes aug special but figured I'd give them a break for a bit (allright, I lie, I got that seeddepot email in right before I was bout to place my order on the 'tude, sorry three freebies, 30% off EVERYTHING on the seeddepot (glass included) wins!)
I'm hoping either a) New York just has to much volume going through, b) hey, us north easterners are a HUGE POT HEADS, what else is their to do in 2ft of snow! So maybe the NY PO allows packs to go through so they can help spread the dank up here. C) they are more worried about more important matters like terrorism, since NY is such a huge target....

Also wanted to say maybe if breeders kept to a basic baggy and label instead of the fancy packaging they use to help sell seeds it would have helped in its stealth shipping.
Damn. I hope it's just some sort of weird delay or something. Probably not, but you never know. Sucks that so many beans have been confiscated lately. Is everything entering the country (from Europe) routed through either Chicago or NY? Myself and numerous people I know here in the Pacific NW haven't had a single problem ordering from Attitude, even recently.

I have said this in other threads as well! Attitude gives the buyer the option of having the seeds removed from the breeder's packs for more discreet shipping. Granted, there a ton of people out there that don't trust anyone and have to have the breeders packs. For them there is no hope but I never have mine shipped in breeder's packs and have never had a package intercepted.
I hear you loud and clear S_a_H, many seed companies start of as humble breeders trying to make thier way in the world and providing growers with new and unique strains, then success leads them into the world of capitalism and they become whores to the system, using oversized ostentatiuos & gaudy packaging. Everyone i know does not buy seeds from a shop & even if they were to buy from a shop, they would already know what they wanted and don't need flashy packaging to sway thier minds.
Honestly you got to be a bit simple to buy weed seeds coz the package looks nice.
Any good seedreseller will if you ask them decant the seeds into a very small crush proof vial and also provide clever stealth delivery methods ie inside something that you would not assosciate with cannabis seeds.

i agree with you on that one....i live in Oregon and it seems my seeds go through Cali. wish there was i way were we could bypass Chicago and NY. like send it to a po box then ship it in a diff box/package to the recipient. just a thought.
