Harvest & Curing chop or not to chop?!

day 97 quick one by royal queen seeds got to come down will it still be strong is it ready or not ???! no amber accept on the leaves just all cloudy / glassy it's really dense and deformed external growth all over the buds, what do you guys think

Im a noob so I cant say although its a nice plant that seems to be pretty ready? Nice grow! Does it seem to be putting on weight still?

Are the glassy trichomes on the edges? Do you want 50/50 cloudy/amber? I don't see any white pistils, so that is good.

some autos and even quick ones can creep into 100 days...harvest is a window,sometimes spanning 3 weeks,harvest is a bit of personal preference to :smoking: head or body stone if in doubt 2 or even 3 stage harvest
looks nice n beefy

I would flush and reduce the amount of hours light before chopping to try and increase the amber . The buds seem to be growing outwards rather than more dense which for me personally is a big no no and always means the chop will be coming soon. I find with auto's that pushing for too much amber reduces the final overall quality of the smoke tho that could just be something I'm doing wrong.

Buds were rock hard 550g wet so hoping for a good 6 ounce dry

It's down now there was a few white ish pistils up close but it was extensive growth I think from light stress tbh.. but it's down now and they have some huge nugs

550g should work out to between 4-5 ounce dry if i'm using the right numbers. roughly 25% of the wet weight if I remember right.
