Harvest & Curing Chopping one plant early

I see a lot of info about when to chop. I know when to harvest correctly but just wanted some past experience on how the buds will be if i chop one early at least the top. I hear the high will be more of a head high which is fine with me due to fact i have epilepsy. Plant is Ak49 not 47 and it is at day 60. My computer isn't reading my SD card right now so im still trying to upload photos.
