Lighting Citizen 1825's?

If you're on a budget, the 1212s will get it done and done well. Visually comparing the brightness of the 1212s at 50W versus 1825s at 70W, they seem to be very close, but with a bit more heat being produced by the 1212s.

But 1825 will give a bit of increased light output and will also fit on Arctic Alpine 11 Plus heatsinks so one could build a 100W+ 1825 light engine for less than 100 dollars.

I will be using

2x HLG-240H-C2100b
4 pcs SST X for Vero 29
2) 4 pcs Vero 29 3000K 80 CRI B type so 50V
3) 4x Reflector adapters and 4xReflectors
4) 50K ohm potentiometer and 5.6K ohm resistor
5) Plastic Junction box

this lamp is going to Rock!!!! :headbang: over 400 watts!! hang around I will journal it!!:pass:
Sounds like you're getting a Titan light setup from northern grow lights like the light @NapalmD is testing right now...............

Yes that's what I buy the most of. It's priced great and bright as anything else I have ran

Can the 1812's handle 75W each long term?

Yes, why not... ~12500 lumens at 75W, ~160lm/W... Isn't overkill.

How long have you pushed yours that hard for? Looking for actual feedback here not going off of data sheet numbers bro.

Their max is 2760ma and 140w. The other models like the 1818 and 1825 are rated much higher. I wouldnt be the least bit concerned about 75w
