Harvest & Curing Closing in on hravest Ak Passion/Jack Herrer/Silver Haze

Hi Lads,

I'm new to the site but have been growing for a few years , all autos I love the relitive simplicity. This is my first grow in seven years , missed a few tricks early on but it came back to me as the grow went. I started with AK Passion only but I lost two plants at my fault so replaced them with 2 x Jack Herrer auto and Silver haze auto. Th Ak passion is the furthest along she's 12 weeks from seed not and the Jack Herrer is 8 weeks from seed.

First pic is the Jack Herrer , last one is the top cola of the AK , how close do you think I am to taking this girl down? I'm waiting on a microscope to arrive that I ordered but to my eye she looks nearly ready to come down.

Thanks for any input. The Jack is piling on weight early so I had to up the nutes , the colouring is lack of nitrogen which I've corrected. (I hope) we'll see tomorrow.

Thanks man, good thread. I guess she still has green left on her probably wait until I get the scope to check, it's just to me most of the pistils have turned amber and have pulled in I don't want a couch lock off her..

Take a sample of the plant and see if it's got the buzz you like. I use my Iolite and test the buds as they get close to harvest. I know that you still get the grassy taste, but you'll at least get an idea of where you are in harvest time.

Took a sample from it last night and although taste was harsh as expected before proper dry and cure the high was exactly right. She took a good weight gain in the week since that picture, final two weeks always important. Some pics from before and after harvest, not sure on weight at all. Definatly more than an ounce there maybe even two dry? I'm using brown paper bags to dry inspired by the sticky on this thread.
