your in the UK and Im in the states and the weather is, well, far different for much of the year where Im at.But, at this time last year I was already running an auto as well as a Photo outdoors.I did take them in at night just becuase Im paraniod a little.LOL!But only for a couple weeks.Im truly curious to see how that turns out for you brother.:smokebuds:In my limited dealings with photos and Autos I think photos are a bit more hardy to the cooler weather.As many would agree id think.but I saw someone here a bit back say that the Ruderallis for the most part has been bred out of them for the most part as far as Autos go.The Berry Ryder says it handles cooler temps very well.But whats cool?!LOL! im really looking forward to seeing whatcha come up with brother.
heck I had mine out for two nights and they slowed down soo much I thought they were not gonna grow again.LOL!2 weeks went by and nothing,then they slowly came back just shorter and seemed a bit more squat'ish..Karma grooves for your grows brother!

Yeh, mate, it will be good to see what happens over the season with this approach. Some nteresting observations already - I would also have expected the photos to be tougher than autos, but thew four failed cloches today were covering a strain called 'the Scottish' which is supposed to be a hardy one. Probably is too, but the wee Snowberries outmatched them. I'm thinking the rules are different for different stages of development. I'm learning what strains do well outdoors in the earliest days of their life, but so far that's all I've got.
Tellk you what, tho... I really hope the Snowberries make it - I reckon that combination can't fail to produce a lovely smoke if it makes it to the end.

Snowberries sounds like its right up my alley I can tell ya that bro.VERY sweet indeed.One I have been trying to get ahold of is called Akorn,or also known as snowbud.I used to find it every year in Florida right after end of season harvests.Anything berry Im diggin.Id really love love LOVE to find some straight Cherry strains.Im a HUGE cherry fan.The Scottish eh?! VERY cool.my last name and lineage comes is from Scotland.:thumbs:

I've never encountered cherry bud - I read about a guy finding a cherry pheno in some landrace once but I didn't think there'd be much of a possibility of finding it in commercial strains. You got me going now... I can almost smell it ....mmm, Auto Cherry.... Do you know any strains, photo or auto, that have a good chance of cherry phenos?
I know thats TGA has Cherry Fuel avaliable.And there is a strain that my friends getting me from the social grow thats called Cherry Poison.But what Im trying to find is the strain that a clone only strain last I heard on the West coast of the US called Cherry pie.but the first two i know that are avaliable.But cherry fuel is available to the public through TGA.
Thanks - I'll have a look at the TGA one. Totally jealous of you guys in the States that can swop clones an stuff, by the way.... but, we got a different kind of cannabis in the UK - it's the very dangerous kind that gives everybody schizophrenia, so it has to be banned for our own good.
Dang brother Clyde,thats rough man.I guess I agree with that if its messin with you fellas over there.Myself I dont like clones as a rule.Just due to the fact your dont get the vigor of growth and they can bring pests unless you take the cuttings yourself from your own plant.Ive heard of tons of stories where ppl buy clones or trade or what have ya,and bring a nasty ole infestation into their garden.Ive been looking at one strain of Royal Queen seeds thats called Dancing Queen and anoher one thats new late last yr thats similar.heard anything about them by chance bro?be good brother.:smokebuds:
