New Grower Coco grow nute question

Hey Awesome F'ing Network,

A question for the coco growers. I've been Cal/Mag BioRoot nuting my plants and I am almost done with week one since popping heads. Do you switch to mild Grow nutes at this stage (Week 2+), or do you wait until 2-3 sets of leaves have grown regardless of grow time? I'm wondering, mine are a beautiful deep green, but at a day shy of a week they are still less than 1" tall (Moby Dick Auto).

FYI:
Watered daily pH'd 5.9 EC 0.4 with 1/4 GO's BioRoot and 1/4 Cal/Mag
Light BS 240 19" from seedlings
I see second set of fan leaves wanting to start but still just little pricks

im not a coir grower but a very light dose of grow should have added to a nuteless medium at seedling stage say 0.8-1.0 ec over base water start on the low side

if no other npk is added

you may have to use less as bioroot has some npk are you doing 1tsp per gallon like it says

The nutrient make up of BioRoot is similar to starter nutes in light mixes (1-1-1) plus cal/mag. I am only doing ~1/2 tsp of BioRoot and Cal/Mag. I'm just wondering if after 1 week they should be bigger/have more nutes. This is my first auto and I am kind of paranoid about overfeeding, but at the same time I am in coco (with 25% perlite). I guess what I am asking is should I beef up my EC from 0.4. I know by week three I should definitely be on Grow nutes, but are rooting nutes enough (with humics/enzymes and a 1-1-1 profile plus call mag) until then? I did EC @ 0.48 today in anticipation of stepping it up, but I think if I step it up any further it should be with Grow nutes.

id beef the ec up in my dwc by week 2 i was on 1.2 ec so id defo bump them to 0.8-1.0 and see if they react
dont get warapped up with cal mag its only cal and mag lol not the bread and butter NPK

i was always in with grow nutes day 1 but i did not use your 1-1-1 booster 0.4 is still to low for week2
