Grow Mediums Coco medium with Biobizz Nutes? Anyone done before?

Hey,

I tried using Biobizz grow with my coco medium, as I read on their website it could be used.
I have now switched to canna A+B but was wondering if anyone had any success with Biobizz grow, bloom or topmax in coco?

Can I use Bio Grow in coco or hydroponic systems?It is ok to use Bio Grow with coco substrates if you increase the dosage by 25% (which will compensate for the lack of available plant food in the coco). However, we always advise using a coco specific feed for best results. Bio Grow should not be used in hydroponic systems, especially systems where the nutrient reservoir is not changed daily. We advise against organic nutrients in hydroponic systems because they can cause issues such as fermentation and pipe clogging.

thats what they say about it..but i would rather switch to canna series wich is coco based "My 2 cents"

Yeah mate, what Reb says...stay with canna. Its a great line up, tho you come along way using only canna A+B.

He's only 2 or 3 weeks in. He only needs A+B so far. What he is asking is if you can use biobizz nutrients with Cana coco, as that is the medium he is using he just forgot to specify.i gather using biobizz nutes with the organic biobizz coco would usually be fine.

Im only 3 weeks in my auto diesel grow and i give my girls canna A+B, rhizotonic and cannazym and my girls LOVE it. And right now he is using canna and thats why i told him to stick to that lineup, and that CANNA A+B will be just fine as well.

But maybe i should have wrote, No dont use biobizz for coco, you be better of with coco specific nutes, just like Reb said...

Nah its not your fault mate, should of been more detailed. He was using bio bizz nutes until he heard it was bad with canna coco, then switched to canna. I have no exp with canna so couldn't tell you when you should and shouldn't use rhizotonic ect, but you are prolly right. Rhizotonic is there root juice isn't it?

and plus i thought biobizz nutes would be fine with biobizz coco, which is what i thought he had originally.
EDIT:Also my bad i didn't see the quote he made for hydro lol, i didn't think you could leave in a res obviously as you can't even leave the nutes in water for longer then 5 days really as goes all lumpy because of organics.

Ive gone with the light feeding on their site and then cut that down by aprox 50% (so half their light feeding) for my autoflowers.

I am now using Canna A/B, I do have Canna Coco (Professional Plus), I am PH feeds and have an EC pen, and the other 4 (pk13/14,cannazym,boost, and rhizo) on the way!
I will be working up to using their light feed calender at about 50% strength.

I will stick to using coco spec nutes for coco grows and organic nutes in organic grows in future ( I am new grower and forever learning ).

What I was looking for in this thread, was a grower who HAS had success using the Biobizz nutes, increased strength by 25% in a coco grow, as described on the Biobizz website.
I want to see the results of such a set up, to validate their claim on the website.

I will keep my nutes and next run I will do two 8L pots soil, two 8L pots coco, for the learning experience of soil and trying multiple strains.
