Grow Mediums Coco Q's. Do my Plants/Set up look ok?

Hey all, new to the forum and just wanted to post a quick photo of my setup to see what you think. It's my first ever grow, in a small growcell pyramid tent. I've currently got one 7 week old plant thats 1 inch tall and flowering which was stunted early and i lost hope with, but i left her in the tent anyway. The other 2 are in their third weak and currently have 3 nodes visible and a few leaf sets. One is a white express and the other a quick fruit by ac genetics

Im growing under a 125 watt cfl and 2 40 watt cfls all bluespectrum, these will eb swtiched to red spectrum during flowering with some supplemental blue. The one red cfl is above the flowering plant that i've just left in there to see what happens, Its too late and shes too little.

Im growing in 100% coco with biobizz nutes, currently feeding half strength grow every other watering to the 3rd week plants. Im also growing in root pouches, which are 2 gal.

Welcome to AFN.Your seddlings are pretty small for three weeks old.Iwill see if I can get some more input from coco growers on what they think.What is your input watering ph?

ive attached some clearer photos i didn't realise the others were so glary. My PH on my runoff is 6.5 and ph of the soil is slightly lower at 6.3 last time i tested

The plants seem healthy in appearance and they were transplanted at 1 week to the root pouches by inserting the pot and cutting around the bottom, so the root system shouldnt have been harmed. However i feel like my plant should be gaining height which they aren't, I've raised my light a little just to try and stretch them out and promote the nodes growing more seperatly rather than in a clump at such a short height.

Cfls dont pierce that deep with light you want to have them closer not farther.what kind of coco fiber are you using brand/type? Have u been using calmg? coco tends to have calcium deficiencys. Whats the temp/humidity? do u have a fan at all?

You shouldn't be feeding them until they start vegging (until they have 3-5 set of leaves) looks like they have some nute burns.

Did you give your coco a good rinse before use,to get rid of any salts not washed out at source?
Ive had seedlings stunt through not rinsing salty coco.

I rinsed the coco beforehand, my temps are constant 27 celcius daytime and 16 at night.

Should i move the lights real close? Im just worried they aren't gaining any height at all

They're small for their age but i've seen coco work miracles before. You should been feeding since day 0 with at least 0.8 ec, ph going in needs to be at around 6.0.

Im just guessing here cuz i use 1 gal pot but right now u should water them till runoff once every 2 days. To let the roots drink and breath and grow. Once her roots establish themselves u can bump the feedings up to gain some of the ground you've lost.

Check out the BAM SLAM.. yoda (another coco grower) stunted the crap out of his and now she's one of the biggest ones of the lot. Might even win the competition lol!
