Come on then Bandit...let us know all about it...

What did it cost..what did it cover..what was new..what are the job prospects...:coffee2:...when any of you do things like this..we expect Roving Reports out of you..

AFN Needs your Reports....:tiphat:

I bought a ticket to the Cannabis Convention, and it cost $149 for the 8 hour seminar. There was also a free job fair and expo. It wasn't overly big, but it was great to see people discussing cannabis out in the open, without having to be all secretive about things. People of all different age groups, over 21 of course, races, and genders.
In the seminar, a lot was discussed about what it took to get cannabis legalized in DC, and the efforts that are being put in to make it as difficult as possible for users to obtain cannabis now that it is legal. The high costs of getting a cultivator's license, or a dispensary license was also stressed. All in all, I think it was worth the price of admission.
I slipped out of the seminar and went into the job fair/expo, and saw the usual bong, pipe, and vaporizer vendors, but there were also some very interesting booths. A company called ScentLess had some extremely lightweight scrubbers that could be some game changers if they work as advertised. Their scrubbers for large areas are impossibly lightweight, and the ones for tent sized are shaped like a puck, and actually fits in the intake vent of your fan! The website, scentless.biz, won't be active until 3/8, as I understand it. I spoke with another young dude, in his early 20's, who invested in a portable machine that, from what I understand, can provide you with info such as what nutrients are lacking or overabundant, what the pesticide levels are, etc... I'm sure that it's not all that unique, but I can see a market with small cultivators. After a discussion with him and a few other vendors, I can tell that auto flowers still aren't very common, even in the cannabis community.

I actually like that autos arnt big ....yet....cause by the time the po go looking fe guerilla grows weve harvested and gone.

Im gonna try an score tickets for the cannabis convention in van this year.

Cool, man! That's wzup! You get a ticket for the grow class? I'm gonna do the Cannabis Academy class they are offering tickets for. I'm pretty hyped about going.

I went and I think it was awesome. The teacher had 20 years of experince. It comes with a pdf how to book 100+ pages. (I have it saved if someone wants to take a look). The class lasted a full 6 hours with a 30min lunch break.

My best friend asked me about 45 mins worth of peppered questions and I was able to spit back to him replies on 95% of his questions. I also have 10 pages worth of notes too.....
