New Grower Confused Parent

My dragon baby always was the leader of their litter... The strongest biggest lushes they were... Brother all went into puberty around the same time... Not the leader. Seemed like they were hanging with their sisters.... So in they went to hang out with their brother... This was right around the time I noticed what looked like to be the formation of pistils so in with the cubs they went... Well the cubs being the young males they were just shook like crazy when they saw the leader... The leader than hung out with its brother for a week and half or so... Now this confused parent can't tell if I have a boy, or a young 16 and pregnant girl... Take a look and tell me what you think..

in with the pics is the stunted dragon, a pic of the think different i believe as well... than another dragon that is sorta doing the same thing as this one in question
