Has anyone tried to contact gn lately ? I sent an email about my broken unit to Daniel on Saturday and have yet to get a reply and the live chats still closed. did they go on holiday and forget to tell me lol just wondering if anyone knows whats up

My two units have broken too. I contacted Daniel when he was offline on friday and he still replied to me even though they were offline. Have you tried ringing them? you can get the phone number from their website? I rang the number at like 21.30 in a panic the other night and even though office hours were closed they still took my phone call. Try them again man and see what happens.
All sorted with GN now. even though Jeremy was not on the online chat Daniel hopped on to help me out and ill be up and running for Friday 10/10 as always gn thanks
Oh and even with my dodgy internet and me constantly disconnecting he made a great effort into contacting me on the forum email and on the gn site so thanks once again
I belive a few units have been replaced after problems with the Synjet system failing after mains power surges,one on the wires was causing a sneak path for the current but the problem has been resolved now and there has been a fix sent out to all customers to insure the problem won't happen to theres.
They sent me an email a couple of weeks ago about the modification. My girlfriend had to do it as I was away so the instructions must have been good! Typically the power in my house had tripped but the unit powered up again without issue before the cable snip so it seems like a preventative fix... Just in case. Quality
