Indoor Copacabana, Muay Thai, Love Potion LED tent grow

You have some very nice looking plants there. Looks like a nice variety of smoke when your done too. I can't wait to see the Muay Thai finish up. Now I have to look up those strains, I don't think some will work for me with my climate limitations but inquiring minds gotta know.

Media I honestly don't see how your thread isn't blowing up ...... your plants are all very very nice.... I'll be saving a bom nom for you for sure when these ladies blow up.... I'm sorry I have a bit (huge) buzz right now these are all autos even the outside?

That is very kind of you, atrain, thanks for the props. These are all autos. The Copacabana is from Flash Seeds and should take like 90-120 days or something, I figure the latter. They call them superautos, they apparently cross the photos with a big/longer flowering sativa dom auto base. She started indoors under leds like all the others, and has really flourished outside with the larger pot and natural sun. The longer maturation time should compensate with a better yield, plus the satisfaction of an easy growing sativa. I know these strains can be done better than what I've done but I'm a proud poppa nonetheless and will intend to do better next round. The Muay Thai plant indoors is also a notorious Flash Seeds monster at 2 to 4 meters, so I'm super grateful if I can skate with running her indoors. The Devil Cream outdoors is a Sweet Seeds polyhybrid and I'm gonna have to post them some pics that forum, she has been an awesome grower with hybrid vigor.

Next year I want to start earlier and put some big girls out by June. It might get dodgy for me at the end this year due to the cold and damp of October in Oregon. Fingers crossed. There would be no greater shame than a BOMmer turned Bummer due to mold, so you better save that nom for a guaranteed finisher, but thanks again for the kind compliment. We'll see how the weather does and I'm definitely trying to bring 'em home in good order. :pass:

Thanks bro, I loved your volunteer plant. I know your summer is short up there but if you started them indoors you might get away with a bloom outdoors in the best part of your summer. I really wanted some homegrown sativa this year but there's lot's of good genetics out there I want to try, Dutch Passion, Mephisto, Sweet Seeds, yes Flash gimme some more, Dinafem have lots of tempting stuff, and there's others of course. I'd really like to run Flash's Dr. Shiva and Panama Lime outdoors next year.

The Copacabana and Devil Cream are really filling in. I'm yellowing out a lot of old fans on the Copa, and she still looks like Mag deficient on those, I've been giving epsom salt with the waterings, and shrugging it off to age I guess. She doesn't look quite as photogenic as a week ago, but the buds are coming in.

I'm kind of losing track of time, she would be starting day 73 today. I had to reread the strain description, I think it said 90-110 days expected. Maybe with the tiering it will take additional time, but I'm thinking the time for pk boosting is played out and going to try using a little overdrive the last few weeks, maybe feed up to about day 85 or so and start cleaning her out after that. Have to see what she looks like then to make a decision.

The Devil Cream is really doing excellent, packing on some notable size in the last two days, and the buds are getting sticky as well. She's quite tall !

Here again, with the tiering outside, I'm not sure what her finish date is really going to be. She would be on day 53 today. Probably time to think about weaning down the nutes and try the Overdrive and keep an eye on it. Time really does fly.

The Sour Bubbly is massively healthy but still looks like she's indicated sex but still getting ready to stretch some more, not really flowering yet. She's also day 53; I think she's been outside for 3 weeks now.

Mitch at Mephisto has been super kind about the situation as we both realize that this plant is very unusual. He's offered to send over some new beans. A very class act and great service. I'll also send him a donation so he doesn't need to go out of pocket, he's been really cool and I admire his breeding work very much.

I'll have to update the indoor stuff tomorrow.

In general, I think I'm learning some things about life during this grow that I hadn't expected. I was busted growing about 15 years ago and went to jail and it has taken years for me to get my life back together, in terms of work, family, and everything. I've felt some anger recently thinking about how my security got blown leading to that arrest, and I regret a few posts I've made on the site that reflected that anger. But I feel that I'm flushing away a lot of that now and working out some other personal issues at the same time, so this grow and journal have ended up being something very good and helpful to me so I feel very lucky to be where I am now. Thanks for putting up with me here, and thank you again for your interest in the grow.

Like the Copa, seems to be having Mg issues as soon as I've switched from Cal Mag to a mix of Calcium (chloride) and epsom salts. I think otherwise I like the idea that she can yellow a bit and use up stored nutes because I want her to be clean when she's finished.

The branches seem pretty tired after that last round of bending. The buds are getting heavier too and I've untied most of the branches and they aren't able to pick themselves up. Getting some frost coming in on the buds, there are a couple branches in the middle that need to get tied down again and then I can move the whole plant a few inches closer to the lights. I'm stoked to see her finish indoors!

The foxtailing finish is making for a unique look at the end, she put on a lot of extra weight there this last week, I really didn't see that coming. Perhaps too many residual nutes in her, I don't know. I was pretty late to the party with the pk boost but she only had a little bit, she's been heavily flushed a couple times, and been without nutes...at least 3 weeks now, I'd have to go back through this thread to figure out what day the feed stopped.

She seems to be finishing right in her advertised window of 70-75 days. Today would be starting day 73. She could be harvested today if needed but I think there's still some more resin that will push out. I had her out in the sun for a couple hours yesterday, will do the same tomorrow to help stimulate her with some extra uv rays. I'm thinking maybe harvest on day 77 or 78, she's almost there.

Beautiful freaking plants brother

Thanks, bro, I'm thankful to get them to this point in good shape, just trying to bring 'em home now ! Very pleased with the grow in many ways--did not have any problem progress too seriously, learned a lot in the process as well. Feel I'm getting some new insight into some life issues as well at this time, which I hadn't ever expected from being a site member.

I know the growing could be better but I'm pleased and grateful to get to this point. :toke: I learned most everything about growing autos here on AFN, so I really have to thank everyone that came before and lit the way. :thanks:

Hi Mediscrogs
You are growing some really beautiful plants dude.
That sour Bubbly is Huge! I hope she starts to flower for you soon dude.
im subbed.

Hey G Reefer dude, you are always welcome to stop by. You can watch my mistakes in real time! he he. :pighug:

The Sour Bubbly is actually starting to flower now right when I thought she was headed to the bin. Gonna be a battle against cold and humidity to try and set flowers, it's a hard battle but I don't want to give up on her.

Here's the latest, we'll start with the Sour Bubbly, this first pic is not for the faint of heart

Yes, I trimmed off 8 big branches a couple days ago. It would have been better done a couple weeks ago (Captain Obvious at the helm) but I really wasn't sure if I'd try to keep her going and just wanted to see what she would do without alterations. I was really thinking about tossing her because the season is getting too late.

I know the crowd is booing right now but that's what I did.

I'm still not sure if I'll be able to finish her out due to weather and planned travel--but would be even more disappointing to give up without trying I think, so I figured she was gonna need a good haircut to help air circulation later when I'm trying to ward off mold/pm.

She still looks okay after the trim.
