Cheers mate do ya think if I flush her, leave her for a week and flush again she will start to look healthy again?

Hey bro, from the sounds of it you have your first flush done. That is great! Now, just sit back and don't over think it. Keep giving her ph'd water when she needs it and let her recuperate. I wouldn't worry about another flush just yet. Give her a week and see how she makes out. Post some more pictures next week and let everyone assess the situation then. Make sure you are getting about 10-20% runoff when you water then don't water again until the pot is nearly dry.
