Hey guys, cravin some edibles like title said. Now I freeze all my trim green and make hash out of it later, any of yall have any exp at makeing butter or something outa green trim? I can always make hash first but looking to skip that step
I gonna admit to being lazy here and uploaded a vid for you, I like the fact that this guy makes a muslin parcel with the weed inside. I stick the weed in the butter and strain it afterwards, but I'm gonna try it this way next time.
One thing I like to do with hash is put a teaspoon of veg oil (choose one you like ie coconut oil or sunflower etc) in a tablespoon heat it over a ring on you stove (being careful not to spill it or get too hot. Then add some pre crumbled has in to the oil where it will dissolve and them mix it into some yogurt (any flavor will do). The eat it and get baked. You may have to experiment with the amount of hash suits you.
I like alot of hash did 2gs in some tea awhile ago. Disolved it in butter. Never ice down tea with butter in it....... got my green cana tea in fridge waiting for hash to settle then gonna just disolve it in some hot coco or something. Just cravin that body buzz. Im not sure what would happen if I put green herb straight off plant in butter so im gonna stick to getting hash off my greens and use it. I know it works
I run my trim through dry ice for the hash, just for the simple truth, that green edibles taste like shyte to me. I take the hash, decarb it and mix 1 1/2 TBSP of decarb'd hash with 1 cup honey and slowly heat on low with constant stir, until all the hash is dissolved and the honey starts to foam just a bit, low and slow is the key. then it can go in tea, on a oiece of toast , even a peanutbutter and honey sandwhich. Awesome thanks! Green hash tastes bad in food? I like it in brownies and cake I like the minty taste of hash off of green trim. I decarb me hash too. Was told ya dont really have to but I know it works this way so why stop hehe. That honey looks like a good way to go with me. Gonna go watch the video. Wonder if I could make canna honey and then make mead outa that lol. Fermentation prob kill the thc and the heat. Shit you think about when ur high is silly.
Not green hash, canna butter made with trim and bud. You get that chlorophyll taste in the butt I make mead too, and it would be a terrible waste of some great honey by putting green matter in it. If it was decarbed hash, I would throw it in, on the second rack of mead, that way, the decarbed stuff wouldn't need to be heated and all the thc would go to the bottle, but I wouldn't try it. I'd hate to screw up a perfect batch of good mead!
