I have emailed your support email address with details of my broken light as you requested. It's now a few hours off 1 week since I sent that email and I've yet to receive any kind of response. You told me coming up to 48hrs ago that you had chased them up a 2nd time and that they would be back to me within 11hrs. Still nothing from them, or you, since. I understand times are tough but they don't seem to have impacted sales or giveaways. I feel a week is long enough to wait for an initial response given replacement light/parts will in themselves take time to arrange, ship and receive.
