There is always a risk of mould in those conditions... you need to ensure good air circulation and could use a dehumidifier during lights off.

Apart from temparature are there any other reasons not to run lights 24? I am on 20/4 and i was considering going onto 24' partly to try to keep the temps constant.

Nope, proven fact that plants need a rest period, even autos. A 10*F drop is fine for lights out.

internal fan for pushing air around on 24/7 too!

I keep my inline fan on 24 hours and the circulating fans 24 hours but I like the 20/4 light cycle I don't think it's a fact but I do believe the dark period is beneficial jus my opinion though
