Hi. New here. Big bang and big easy. 250w hid. Temp is 27 to 30. Humidity 45%

All have popped and appear to be stretching. At what point do I start moving light closer or switch on the 600's without cooking them to death. They look pretty fragile but only been showing three days. Root visible in little pots so I'm going into big pots when I can put more lights on.
Any advice gratefully received. Not ph ing as in soil. Might review that later.
Advice or tips gratefully received. I plan to feed around week two. Veg bites and rhizo. Then onto flowering pk/cal mag. Might give the new buddhas tree booster a go. Heard good reviews and it's cheaper option.
