Mephisto Genetics DCAT drops Skylar White in GBD soil

Or I could just wait until I get home for lunch when the lights are out too...but I was filling the humidifier and checking the new girls in there so I thought I'd snap a quick pic.
Will probably update at lunch too...

Fair do's mate. [emoji41]

Nice and frosty Cat! I can't help but think that soil mix is a bit too strong tho...

See how dark green they are?

Did you see what @JustDave did with his grow? Something like putting a light mix in a tube so the plants are on a diet til they get big enough to need the strong stuff... It's in his journal.. Dunno if you've read it. [emoji848]

Buds look beautiful tho, and you'll get some quality schmoke there.. I just think you could go BIGGER! GRRRRR! [emoji23][emoji269]

Lovely stuff buddy. [emoji111]️

Not sure as I followed the directions provided. Bottom half of pot is amended soil and top half is plain unamended soil. Not much I can do once they hit the amended soil...
I don't know...as long as she fills out and gives me good smokeable buds and oils to help those who need it I'll call it good.
There is actually very little of the amendment in this soil but maybe it's much stronger than I imagined [emoji848]
But as always I appreciate you checking out my grows and throwing your knowledge at me. I am always learning from everyone...[emoji106]

I really hope that came across better on here than it sounded in my head.
Hopefully it didn't come across as being an ass...

Noooo man! I hate posting criticisms.. I've been skirting around saying that for days, got halfway through typing it and deleted it in fear of sounding rude.

He he! Some people don't care who they offend.. We clearly do! [emoji1360]

Hell its all knowledge to me. I'm still fairly new so I thought dark green leaves were a good thing...

And do me a favor...tell me if you see something I need to pay attention to.

Hope the daughter is doing well and your plants too man [emoji106]

Ok, here we go again....

In soil, you've gotta keep them on the edge of being hungry. That's why I get a mid strength soil and don't feed for weeks.

This is stuff I learned from my mate Captain Beefheart on another forum. Before I met him, my grows were very hit& miss. (They have been a bit like that lately too but that's other issues)

So, the soil mix is a good potting compost, 20% perlite and 4 tablespoons per 10 litres of dolomite lime. Always water at pH 6.5 and if you can, use slightly warm water.

The main trick he taught me is to wait til they look hungry before you feed them. This shows as a lightening in the colour of the leaves. They'll go a shade lighter, the bigger ones pale up first, then it's dinner time.

Gaawwwd I'm drunk now.. No more typing.. [emoji51]
