They have only had nutes once so far, but the spotting did appear the next day, using canna veg, 2 drops diluted in 500ml water, they had about 10-15ml of the solution each. Soil is bio bizz all mix. Thanks for the help it's appreciated, especially as it's my first grow and not exactly been plain sailing

no worries i really appreciate your help anyway, going to give them some water tonight and see what happens i guess
I think maybe they're ready for some nutes, probably some Calmag, and/or Epson salt mixed in water? @Itisi, do you agree?
Gave them some water last night and the spotting on the one affected plant seems to be a bit worse

I'd do that. It may just be lacking nutes, which I now lean towards since we know it's not nute burn.
Just ordered one from amazon, will be here in a few days
