Defoliate slowly and lightly. One or two leaves per plant, per session. A few days between sessions to let them recover. If you have doubts @420Forever may be able to help. Happy growingHey guys I am torn between defoliating my autos or not. Most articles are from years ago and I cant seem to find any suggesting it from now. And it might be the best option. But sometimes, if the leaves are blocking the light from the buds or to control RH issues, a selective defoliation can be very helpful.I am on my first grow, and I'm not going to defoliate. During my research and being told by another grower that the leaves contain sugars and such which the plant uses during its bloom phase for energy. And if i get a mobile nutrient deficiency the plant has the nutes available from the lower leaves to cannibalize. Just my opinion. Here's a shot of my bushes lol
