Deficiency, but u just watered...

Hey, just transplanted to 3 gallon fabric pots and I was out of calmag. For one watering I figured it would not be the worst thing to skip it, but two days later and I am already seeing deficiency in one of my babies. At this point I am watering every 5-7 days.
Is there anything to do other than wait it out?
Growing in soil/compost/perlite/vermiculite mix if that matters.

Foliar spray, with a surfactant, such as non bacterial dish soap, like dawn.
