What brand light to you have?Y our light is to close.Most 300 w panels should be around 18 inches from plants for flowering so you could have bleaching going on.

I have 3 plants in my tents using 1x 300w (136w) roleadro and 1x 300w (136w) viperspectra and also a 200w actual cfl , I just moved the light , do you think its to late ? Will it recover from that ?

Your plant looks healthy so it should be ok.Just use bloom nutes at this point with correct ph along with some cal/mag.

... light burn, yup,...keep lights at that 18" min. from tops,...maybe even up to 20", ...
