deformed or sick

Hi all looking for some opinions please this is a pk at day 16 it is in roots organic
hasnt had any water in 5 days and the last watering was 1/4 cup only given distilled
water and only small amounts never over a cup at this point.no nutes at all i have the soil gauge with the 12in probe and soil checks at ph 5.75 to 6 and a wetness of 7
this started with deformed leaves and look to have some dark color on leaves
after looking at the pics on the defecian charts the leaves look kind of like the phosphorus ones would welcome any other opinnions and ways to resolve did give
1 cup distilled aireaited water today after i took these pics. temps average 81 to 84
humid 34 to 50 mist 2 to 3 times a day

First off you need to water more.Don't worry about measuring the water.You should water enough so entire pot is wet and water is running out the bottom.Then wait a few minutes and water again until it comes out the bottom.It looks like you haven't given them enough water.The roots grow fast and the entire pot should be moist at all times.Your at the point where you can start giving them veg nutes at a low dose maybe every other water. Your Ph is low so try to get it up to around 6.5. Try this and see if it helps.

Thanks Nam i was so concerened about overwatering i was doing the opposite.
and have been reading about nutes and trying to decide which way to go
i think i have narrowed to the rootsbudda grow/bloom or the go box and was
looking at sea grow i guess like everything else just need to pick one and get started
its all trial and error at this point but with all the information and help on here
getting some good insight and learning a lot and keeping a journal on a daily basis
hopefully will help eliminate some mistakes in the next grow. thanks again

hi all day 24 on this pk and still looks deformed have been giving more water
and am waiting on nutes to get here ordered on the 21st but i guess weather has delayed them(sea grow) hopefully they will get here monday as i am getting close to 28 days here and no nutes yet.i havent had many comments but since it has been deformed since the first set of leaves and the other pk is in the same soil(roots organic) and looks healthy i dont think it is a soil or ph pic 1 and 3 pk1 pic 2/4/5

doesn't look really "deformed" it looks fairly healthy could be a bit of heat stress or maybe wind burn.

the top leaves in pic 5 are pretty weird. you could drop the temps to 78ish. Are you flooding with water then letting it dry for a few days and the watering again. She'll need nutes soon. Hopefully someone smarter will pop in here and help

it has had strange leafs from the first set and since it and the other pk are in the same soil same water same tent temp everything identical temps run around 79 to 82 but i thought i had read autos seem to like a little higher temps humidity runs around 46 to 50 since the other pk looks more normal just figured this was a plant issue

hi tks yes have been watering till runoffand waiting 3or 4 days to water again and am waiting on nutes didnt know if it was typical for autos but just seems to be the plant and not the soil or ph issue

Hello all it's my first time growing autoflowers = 2 White Widow & 2 Lamb's breath one of the Lambs breath fan leaves are nice and healthy the top new growth is drooping and the leaves are curling and very stiff does anyone have any ideas of what's wrong. I am using a 2 × 4 tent with 400 watt HPS lighting 20 on 4 off with 3 gallon fabric pots and ffof soil. I ph my water between 5.5 and 6.0
